These house rules help us keep RGL Transient House clean, safe, and fair for every guest. Please review them before booking and during your stay.
Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability and prior approval.
Downpayment and Booking Confirmation
A 30% downpayment is required to reserve the room. Booking is considered confirmed only after payment proof has been verified.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Downpayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be requested at least 3 days before check-in and remains subject to room availability.
Clean As You Go
Please keep rooms and shared areas tidy and dispose of trash properly before leaving.
Damage and Missing Items
Guests are responsible for damaged, stained, broken, or missing property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may apply.
Pets
Pets are allowed. Owners are expected to clean up after them and cover any pet-related damage or extra cleaning needs.
Noise
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and avoid disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests or neighbors.
Kitchen Use
The Family Room has its own exclusive kitchen. Standard Room and Barkada Room guests may use the common kitchen.
Safety
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the room. Management is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
Room Capacity
Room capacity must be followed. Extra guests must be declared and approved before check-in.
