Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM. Standard check-out is 11:00 AM.
Downpayment
A 30% downpayment is required. Booking is confirmed only after payment proof is verified.
Cancellation / Reschedule
Downpayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed at least 3 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Clean As You Go
Please keep rooms and common areas clean and dispose of trash properly before leaving.
Damage / Missing Items
Guests are responsible for damaged, stained, broken, or missing property during their stay.
Pets
Pets are allowed. Owners must clean up after them and cover any pet-related damage or extra cleaning.
Noise
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and avoid disruptive behavior.
Kitchen Use
Family Room has its own exclusive kitchen. Standard Room and Barkada Room guests may use the common kitchen.
Safety
Lock doors and windows when leaving. Management is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
Room Capacity
We may recommend more than one room so your group gets a more comfortable and realistic sleeping setup.
